Mister Cee Says He Wasn’t Asked To DJ At Verzuz

Big Daddy Kane’s former DJ, Mister Cee was absent from the Verzuz between Kane and KRS One.
People wondered whether there was beef between the two, and Mister Cee hopped on social media to clear things up.
“FOR THE RECORD I’M NOT SICK & THERE’S NO BEEF!!!” he wrote. “I JUST WASN’T ASKED TO DO IT!!! EVERY MAN HAS A RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHO HE WANTS TO CHOOSE!!! GOODNITE!!!”
Fans commented on the post, saying that Mister Cee and D Nice should’ve been on the 1’s and 2’s that night.
“I swear that I said this to my wife all night!! I said where is Mister Cee!?!! I thought that you and D-Nice should have rocked it to keep it all the way authentic,” one fan wrote.
“I agree u should’ve been there and so should’ve D nice.. they could’ve had Capri and Scratch as guests,” another wrote.
Somebody else wrote, “It was dope! But Kane went for the name instead of the chemistry. It was very clear! Just imagine if Cee was up there!!”
